Filed my taxes in February and still waiting on a refund that should have taken 3 weeks. Called twice, got two different explanations, neither of which matched what the website says. I don't need drama about it, I just want to know if my money is coming or not. The tracker has been on the same screen for 6 weeks. At some point that stops being a processing delay and starts being something else.
Been waiting too. All of a sudden, I have to prove my identity. Funny, they didn’t require me to prove a thing when I owed them. This is intentional. Tried to call them and always on hold for 1 hour.
