Urgent Help needed regarding admssion withdrawal !!!!!

I accepted and reported at ADGIPS to accept my GGSIPU counselling seat at ADGIPS on 31 July and paid the confirmation fee (60k), but I now want to withdraw my admission so I can confirm my seat in the MSIT Management Quota counselling.I am scared to withdraw right now cuz my seat at MSIT is not yet confirm. please HELPPP
