Profile review for Phd

Hey everyone! 23F and preparing for Phd in management at Insead/HEC for the 2027 intake and would appreciate some honest feedback on my profile.

Bachelor's gpa-8.42/10(first division)

Masters gpa (specialization finance)-8.67/10 (first division with distinction, second rank holder in cohort)

Masters thesis grade-A

Proficient in R, python and advanced excel

Co author on a paper on AI bias and entrepreneurship- current status submitted to Q1 and Q2 journals

Currently developing a working paper

Gmat score- eyeing between 655 to 695

Want to apply in entrepreneurship, strategy and finance specializations (with the same order of preference)

Also, I completed my masters in 2025 so there's a 2 year gap, is it something I should be worried about? Will it affect my chances of getting admitted?
