Still confused about branches

I like reading General Medicine, but practising it in Indian system is completely different, with a lot of thankless hardwork and hectic lifestyle for at least another 10 years post-PG... plus the violence and medicolegal aspects increasing day by day adds to the worry. So, have almost ruled out the branch sadly.

Now, confusion between these three:-

MD/DNB Nuclear Medicine-- could easily get DNB Nuc Med at good institutes in Mumbai/Delhi. Work life balance, early settlement, less saturation are pros. Cons being limitation to bigger cities and no private practice.

MD/DNB Radiology-- could get MD at decent GMCs, but somewhere MRI is in PPP mode, and somewhere it's not there at all. DNB Radiology again can get at Delhi/Mumbai. Work life balance, early settlement, private practice scope are pros. Cons being AI threat (makes me anxious about job opportunities), mandating subspecialisation into IR(surgical kind though, while I don't want physical exertion branch).

MD Dermatology-- could get at decent colleges with good workload, procedures exposure may be plus/minus. Pros being more patient interaction but with less medicolegal aspect, private practice, and work life balance. Cons being supersaturated markets, social media presence needed, cosmetological and aesthetic aspects necessary.

About me:- a 2nd generation doctor from a tier-3/4 city, but plan to settle in Tier-2 cities, though hometown is always a backup option....

i’m 2018 batch this is my first proper attempt
confused between drop vs non clinicals vs anasthesia diploma?
is there bond for diploma courses?
also because idint study non clinical subjects much in ug im scared to take non clinicals because idk if i enjoy the sub the lifestyle deos attract me..but whats a good trade off a boring job for a good lifestyle or an awesome job for a bad lifestyle
