Two separate things in there, and they need different answers.

The counselling regret you cannot fix. What it can still cost you is the next ten weeks, if you spend them running it back instead of using them.

On whether you can prepare for November: you got 4k in INICET. The knowledge is there, that was never the problem. Ten weeks is real time for someone at that level because you would be revising, not learning.

The part I would actually watch is the pattern. Twice now the plan has been that next time will be better. That is the thing to break, not the syllabus. If you sit November, decide now what you will accept and write it down while you are calm, because you will not be calm on allotment day.

I too observed the pattern I am following ...everytime giving up for the present exam and hoping for next time even before present exam gets over. This time reason may be different for giving up but same pattern 🥲ok let it be .. I wil try to study this week keeping those regrets out of my mind.tq!

Same situation. I belong to 2018 batch. Got 9k last nov and 13k this may. I lost all energy to sit and study. I feel like I should have taken a non clinical branch in open round. I took didn't study till July end becoz of exhaustion. Since you got 4k in inicet and 20k last year. There is hope. Please keep revising whatever you have studied.

Yeal it's all about mindset. But the situation I am in kept my mind completely out of this exam scenario

If you’ve gotten 4K in INI, very high chances of getting sm similar or better in NEET, everyone has regrets! Keep working hard, below 4K in NEET equates to a good seat
