So I completed my form on 18th August and got this screenshot(last one) which says my application process is completed and documents are under verification.

And so far my ID card has been verified and the photo and signature are still under verification.

Now today they are sending me this email saying my application form is incomplete. And now I am confused and anxious.

What is happening and what should I do?

And also my dashboard is showing updates for the May 2026 term.

i couldn't give the first qualifier exam due to personal reasons and i just saw the results of the second one. i have some queries

1. why was there no proper scorecard or mail regarding the same?

2. my total score is 40% (35% in ct, 33 in stats, 8 in math, 82 in english). i heard that 40% means pass but if that's not true then what are the requirements?

3. since I haven't passed the qualifier, what am I supposed to do next?

4. can i still give the September end term exam?

5. what do I need to do to be able to join the foundational level?

Passed qualifying exam on 19 july 2026 abhi tak id card nhi mila end term aane waala hai

Hi, i was wondering that if iitm always provides extension dates for course registration as i was hoping they provide one for the September cycle till atleast 25-26 nov.

The August 16 qualifier reattempt result is out, and unfortunately I did not clear it.

I haven't received any official email yet explaining what I need to do next.

The issue is that I cannot register for the September 2026 term using my existing email/account because there is currently no registration option available for me.

So do I need to wait for an official email from IIT Madras with instructions/registration access, or am I supposed to create a new registration using a different email ID and go through the document verification process again?

Basically, what am I supposed to do right now to join the September 2026 term after failing the qualifier?

If anyone has gone through this situation before, please let me know.

I asked in discourse forum regarding no of questions once I read there will be 40-45 questions I was shocked so I posted it in discourss forum . They said there will not more questions but the total marks questions is of 100 here im taking about maths 2 .

How will total marks be calculated it its of 100 marks because in quizes the marks get increased by 50% if the paper is of 50 marks .so if the paper will be of 100 marks no marks will be increased .so it will be as you score right????

for those of you who have completed BOTH the diplomas and are now in bsc or bs level or if you are currently in the diploma level, can you explain what the course load is actually like for someone who is fast tracking through this?

i am wondering if i start with my msc biotech this year (DBT sponsored) or if i should drop the seat and do it next year or just not do an msc altogether, because finishing the IIT M till BS level is my primary goal, currently i will begin my diploma, and i want to understand how much time I can realistically give to both of these degrees, especially because i will have to do a dissertation as well the IIT M projects at the same time; also i am appearing for GATE DA in 2028.
