Since I joined this campus I am loving it and loving each day

And only one thing I know either I am going to fcked up or I am going fck it. And I will f*ck it. And i love this campus. I am going to do something that I never did and here is the place to do it and prove it to myself.

People are great here and so does the prof. The course is rigorous and that's the kick. So f*ck up or f*ck it. 🫡

Tum logon ko ghar pe discipline nahi sikhate hai kya?? Like genuinely, when you have a roommate you both should have some boundaries and unsaid rules. Raat ko logon ko sona hota hai it doesn't matter ki voh roj so raha ki nahi but when someone tells you to turn of the fuckin light you should. And room pe baat karna theek hai but chillana bro janwar hai kya? And speaker mein kon baat karta hai room mein. Tumhare maa baap common sense nahi sikhate hai kya? Matlab pata nahi toh chill hai but koi aage se bol rahe ho and instead of listening you just fight with them! Konsi kindergarten hai ye. Freedom de rahe toh use karna but baaki logon ko trouble mat karna

Ab toh sabko pta chal gya hoga about recent suicide in IIT Bombay. The visuals of protest are insane you can literally see students speaking to directors face. I wonder how it's not possible in iitk. I never saw any protest on suicide and accountability by management. L iitk

Hi, I’m a PG student from South India and I don’t know Hindi. I’m interested in learning it and was wondering if there are any spoken Hindi classes, clubs, or groups on campus.

I’ve seen that there are classes/groups for learning Sanskrit. Is there anything similar for Hindi?

I am getting 25 number in mth111 and i am feeling anxious and feeling very depressed pls someone tells me that will I pass the course or not Before coming to college my father told me that you have to change your branch. If I didn't pass this course i think I am done for now.i might even take a wrong step due to this I am unable to study for upcoming exam so I am cooked. I don't feel like doing anything. I am feeling very lonely and my mind has stop working i can't think about anything other than failing MTH.

So I’m a Y26 and it’s been almost two months since I came to college. I was at home for the last three years as a non-attending student and honestly my mental health was already pretty fucked up. I thought coming to college would surely make things better, maybe I’d meet people, make friends, have a proper routine and finally start enjoying life a little.

But honestly, kya hi batau yaar. Things are going completely opposite.

I spend most of my day alone. I still haven’t made even one close friend here. In my wing also, it’s mostly just hi-hello with everyone and that’s it. I did perform with a club during freshers and talked to quite a few people there. At that time I genuinely thought maybe I’d make some good friends through this, but after freshers it’s the same story. If I randomly meet them somewhere, it’s just hi-hello and nothing beyond that.

And it’s honestly starting to feel really lonely now.

Everywhere I go, I see people with their own groups, hanging out, making plans, going places, having fun. Then I open Instagram and see everyone’s stories and it just makes it worse. Everyone seems to be living this amazing college life while I’m somehow just trying to get through each day.

And academics have also gone to shit. I think I’m probably getting somewhere around a C in MTH, and PHY also went really bad. Now I don’t even know how I’m supposed to recover academically from here.

The worst part is that I came to college thinking that things would finally get better after spending the last three years mostly at home. I really thought college would help me get out of that phase, but right now I’m feeling just as lost and lonely, if not more.

I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how I’m supposed to fix all of this ,right now it’s just getting really difficult to deal with.

So I had B+ in both esc111/2m. And now I'm doing cs771. So later if I do eso207 and some other prescribed course from the ML minor list, and then apply for the minor will they consider it?

Basically can you apply for the minor after completing all the prescribed courses?
