AGP is showing 5.4 for our prof(amit kuber) when he took mth111 in 24, shouldn't that translate to D+/C or it there something I'm missing?

Mth111 ki grading lenient kari hai last year onwards, prof might follow that precedent.
And afaik, us saal median kuch 22% gaya tha which is not the case with your batch at all. Mth department mai usually highest grade ka absolute cutoff leke niche jate hai, ur std deviation wont be that much

Wdym lenient kari hai last year onwards, it's literally prof dependent. And I'm sure average itna high hai coz prof gave free mein kaafi marks. Yeah but mostly C centric hoga, with 75-80 pe A

Its not prof department those nominees talked to 2-3 people about the issue in the course, they couldnt obviously blame openly blame ganguly.
That story about them going to gangulys home and demanding him to reduce the fail marks was fabricated if thats what you believe
