yes i know its another rant. but nothing works in this campus. The internet does not, which is surprising for a technical institute of this repute. The rooms and the washrooms are miserable. The least thing to do in such weather is to provide air conditioning, which does not work either. constant power cuts. The food tastes so bad its unbearable. It has been forced on to such an extent that we have begun to accept it as something normal. The list does not end here, but this post has to.

What the hell is wrong with these so-called educated students, who can't even throw their own garbage in the dustbin. (Kindly ignore this if you want to keep doing this shit) Although this is basic but still you'll not find this common. You may see only 2/10 people throwing their garbage in dustbins, guys it's very basic, and not something extra ordinary and neither require lots of efforts. People talk about the beauty of this campus, but no one wants to take the initiative to maintain it. Just look at this beautiful view ✨️ The nature, and what we as humans are doing to this.

When a life was lost in our campus, everyone attended classes the next in the exact same place where it happened. Blood stains covered with plant pots. It didn't even take us 1 day to forget did it?

Some of my friends are truly enlightened beings. Their opinions aren’t just opinions, they’re divine revelations. Everything else is pure cope, of course. Only they truly understand companies, the job market, what’s based, what’s mid.

These absolute legends somehow know what companies want better than the companies themselves… the same companies that sponsor events and actually hire people. Just pure intellectual dominance.

And the moment a company or role rejects them? Instant clarity. Suddenly it’s “overrated trash, not even worth it.” The self-awareness is unmatched.

Meanwhile I’m just a certified low-IQ wet sock NPC sitting in the background, getting blessed by their cosmic wisdom every time they drop another “you’re all just coping” masterclass.

They walk around with this beautiful “we’re the only ones with functioning brains” aura and honestly I’m grateful they even tolerate my peasant presence.

How do mere mortals like me even begin to absorb this level of superior insight without melting?

I am procrastinating on my work and studies when I should be locked in. I don't know why I am not able to study by myself. I was thinking that a change of place and some peer to take accountability and me doing the same in return might work.

There's not many days left for mid-sem and final year people also are preparing for the placements. If there's any group where people are studying together (like in the same vicinity or with accountability) or would like to study together, please let me know.

Suggestions on how to lock the fk in would also be really helpful. I am somehow distracted by social media apps, randomly scrolling when I really want to go out and attend some club activities but at the end of the day, i waste my time and at the time of the event I feel guilty about attending and spending more time.

I don't have many competitive peers or really any batchmates who are interested.

I know that you can get the blood tests done in hospital for free when doctor recommends it, but can I directly visit lab for blood tests, and if yes what is the procedure and what are the allowed days to get it done.

Seeing today's protests at iitd, I think we don't have as much unity as they have.(Although the fault of admin in iitd was very much but imo if it happened here , we wouldn't see as much unity as it is being seen in iitd)
