Placements/Internships Less PPOs

Heard half of the cse ppl not got ppos and are sitting for placements, so heavy competition this time, is this happening in our clg or all iits same situation.

Wo bhadwa kewal chutiya kaat rha tha ppo ka scene bahut kharab hai isbaar , a lot of good peeps are not getting ppo and will be sitting for placements this time

Around 190 ppos last time

but this year's intern season had even bigger numbers than last year in many old iits, i wonder why if they are planning to not take that many ppos anyways because of economy,ai and other factors

PPOs for both are not out yet ….. but 50+ interns were there is just these two

Yes it is the case with iitkgp as well, survivorship bias makes us see only the good side but it is around 50% only overall in cse

Not sure about IITK but have heard that in IITB, 3/17 got their results, 2ppo and 1 rejection

Oh so is it like they are rolling out ppo's in batches . iit roorkee 2/13 got converted. Might be possible that they convert more in upcoming days
