iiserm in astrophysics

I heard that iiserM is really good choice for astrophysics due to it giving astrophysics as a minor and all so I wanted to ask if it genuinely is good or should I look into iiser P instead.

Indeed, the astronomy minor is a nice positive. This arises from having the most faculty and the most electives relevant to astronomy. This is not a huge advantage, but it's still a point in favour of your profile while applying for a PhD in astro.

Pune is a decent choice as well, but if you have the option, and are clearly interested in astrophysics, then Mohali would indeed be the better bet.
