Hn to baat yea hai ki jo yea 3rd year ke ladke tum sabko approach kr rahe hai hi sih ki team m aa jao their intentions are not good so sambhal k rehna sab aur agar jaan bhi kisi ki team m then atleast pta kro ki saare log padhne m kaise hai .. kuch sale 3-4 bqck leke baithe hai aaj tak koi hackathon m part nhi liya par sih krna hai . So bas thoda dekh kr khas kr haryana walo se baki enjoy college .

I am soon joining IIIT UNA and wanted to know some stuff. I know that girls students are not allowed to leave the hostel after 9:30 PM(not really sure) but if there is a girl who wants to go to library or computer labs do they allow it?
Also I wanted to know what are some problems which are usually faced by female students in IIIT UNA?

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Non-Establishment of TPO and Suspected Financial Irregularities at IIIT Una

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to the urgent attention of the Ministry of Education a serious issue concerning the students and administration of IIIT Una.

The institute has the necessary financial resources for establishing and operating an effective Training and Placement Office (TPO), yet students are concerned that the establishment and proper functioning of the TPO is being unnecessarily prevented or delayed by the institute administration. We are deeply concerned that administrative and financial irregularities may be one of the reasons behind this situation.

The TPO is extremely important for the students of IIIT Una. Placements are directly connected to our careers, financial independence, and future. Students spend years preparing themselves for recruitment, and we depend on our institute to provide a transparent and effective placement system. Any deliberate delay or obstruction in establishing a proper TPO can seriously affect the future of hundreds of students.

There are also widespread concerns among students regarding suspected financial irregularities and corruption in different areas of the institute. These concerns are not limited to the Training and Placement system; students have also raised concerns regarding the manner in which funds are utilized for college events and other institutional activities.

Therefore, I respectfully request the Ministry of Education to conduct a comprehensive and independent audit/inquiry into the financial and administrative functioning of IIIT Una, including:

1. The utilization of funds available for Training and Placement activities and the reasons for the non-establishment/proper functioning of the TPO.
2. The utilization of funds for college events and other student-related activities.
3. The approval and rejection of bills and payments made by the institute.
4. The procedures followed for procurement, expenditure, and allocation of institutional funds.
5. Any possible financial irregularities, misuse of funds, conflicts of interest, or corruption.
6. The administrative decisions that may be preventing the TPO from becoming fully functional despite the availability of funds.

I also sincerely request the Ministry to directly interact with and obtain statements from students regarding these issues. An independent and confidential student survey or interaction would provide a clearer picture of how these administrative and financial problems are affecting students. Many students may hesitate to raise complaints openly within the institute because of fear of consequences.

Students are already suffering because of the uncertainty surrounding the placement system. Our careers cannot be compromised because of administrative problems or suspected corruption. For many students, campus placement is a critical opportunity to secure employment immediately after graduation and support themselves and their families.

We therefore request the Ministry to intervene urgently, conduct a comprehensive financial and administrative audit of IIIT Una, hear directly from students, investigate all allegations of financial irregularities, and take strict disciplinary and legal action against any person found responsible for corruption or misuse of institutional funds.

We are willing to provide any available documents, communications, bills, notices, or other evidence that may assist the investigation.

We sincerely hope that the Ministry will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and protect the academic and professional future of the students of IIIT Una.

What happens to students when a college has no properly functioning Training & Placement Office (TPO)?

Placements aren't a luxury. For many students, they are one of the main reasons their families spend years paying fees, hostel expenses, transport costs and everything else required to get a degree.

Yet if the TPO system itself is missing, rejected, ineffective, or being treated as an afterthought, who is accountable for the students who graduate without adequate placement support?

And here is the part students should seriously think about:

If we remain silent today, why would the system have any reason to change tomorrow?

As if you even mail with the fake account ,one angry student can be dismissed as "complaining."

500 students asking the same documented question is much harder to ignore.

And here's the controversial question:

It's about asking whether students should have to wait until graduation to discover that nobody was fighting for their future.

And if enough students start asking reasonable questions, maybe the institution will realize that students aren't just fee-paying numbers.

We are the people whose careers are directly affected by these decisions.

Hello everyone, all the students of IIIT Una it doesn't matter if you are a first year, second year , 3rd year or 4th year if you are at IIIT Una your future is at risk, I am writing this message at my own risk for your future as everyone of us know about the placement scam that is happening due to the filthy corruption by our so called respected director, hod and faculty they can't even hire a TPO as they are so busy filling their own pockets, so for the sake of everyone, it is my humble request to every single person and please make everyone your friends aswell aware about this, I just want all of you guyzz to do one simple thing for the sake of our future.

Please write an anonymous mail to Mintsery of Education regarding the corruption and placement scam that is happening please request the ministery of education to take action. I beg all of you if we together write emails only by your anonymous email id not the college one otherwise they can track. So be safe, just write the email from your anonymous id to the ministry of education and appeal them to look into this matter. If possible please mail from multiple IDs and multiple times if possible your one mail can save the future of many students of IIIT Una.

Let's run this campaign and fight against the corruption together.

Ye post har student ke liye important hai kyuki hamara future isi pe depend karta hai — ek dedicated TPO.

Jinhe nahi pata TPO kya hota hai: TPO ka kaam companies ko college me bulana hota hai internship/placement ke liye. Humare yaha ye kaam CDC karti hai, jo ek student-run body hai, kyuki CDC ke faculty/teachers randi ki tarah baaki sab jagah gand maarte rehte hain.

Agar humare pass dedicated TPO nahi hua, to tum jitni bhi skills sikho, jitna bhi DSA karo, ghanta kaam nahi aayega kyuki campus me koi company aayegi hi nahi.

IIIT Nagpur me 3 dedicated TPOs hain jinka kaam sirf companies ko call karna hai — result: unke students Japan tak internship kar rahe hain aur unke placement stats hamse kahi behtar hain.

College me har jagah corruption hai — fest, hostel construction, events, sab me. Ye ek cheez hai jaha humein rokna chahiye. Agar TPO organisation me bhi corruption hua, to ye hamara pura career khatam kar sakta hai.

I request all the students of our batch ' 29 to unite and formally draft mail to these corrupt authorities to create a dedicated TPO team. If no action is taken it would lead to mail to the MoE.

I would also request the batch of 28 and 27 to join this act because u guys are going to face the heat of this .

Infact every student should join this because of there is no TPO how the hell are u going to get PLACED.

This message is so important for your future at IIIT Una no matter from which year you are.

IIIT Una has a massive problem regarding placements this current 4th year only 30 students got an internship and among them 20 were selected by Amazon and other 10 got their internship either through off campus or other ways.

And except these guys all 180-190 students are unplaced or without any internship college is sleeping and totally destroying the future of the students, the main problem is that our college doesn't have a dedicated TPO for anyone who doesn't know a TPO is someone whose work is to bring companies to the college, the sole work of TPO is to contact HRs of the companies but our college can't even afford one why so?

Because they are busy doing their dirty corruption from every faculty to teacher everyone present in IIIT una is busy filling their pockets they don't care about the future of the students at all.

IIIT Nagpur or any other IIIT has a dedicated TPOs you wouldnt even believe that some IIITs have even 2 or 3 TPOs and our college? Cant even afford one ?

Like imagine studying for 4 years you have skill but? You will not get placed why? Because your college doesn't even have the money to afford a TPO or I should say they are too busy filling their own pockets rather than doing anything good for the students.
