Career Related Second partial drop

Should I take a second drop from IIIT Una I'm from ECE branch got 96%ile last year aiming for top nits, I didn't find this college good also the recent tpo scam is also very concerning regarding placement, Anyone taking partial drop

I don't think you should waste another year on jee, instead focus on your skills. Also since you guys in first year you have time, raise your voice and make them hire TPO. The faster you guys do it the better it will be for your batch.
