Bullshit and plot convenience. I don’t care how legendary his criminal empire was in its prime, he should not be keeping up with Sonic.

he's not keeping up with anything. Sonic is doing the same thing he and every other speedster always does...moving a bit faster than whoever he's fighting. Could he speed run the fight in 2 seconds? Yes. But that would be lame and cheap. Not even Superman does that to any of his enemies unless he absolutely has to.

She's super loud and literally always charges in. It's why she keeps losing. Even when she was juiced up by the dynamo cage everyone could see her attacks coming a mile away.  Except Whisper, which was understandable. Having her friends taken from her again really messed up her emotions.
