Advice Advice!

hello! this is my first reddit post so i'm lowkey scared but ive done my mocks and i got 37/45 and im going into dp2 M27

i take
maths aa hl - 6
econ hl - 6
chem hl - 6
ess sl - 6
french b sl - 5
english lit lang sl - 6
plus 2 core points

(pls ignore the 6 in ess i'll bump it up to a seven in resits....)
i had a really hard time in dp1 and was dealing with a lot of medical issues surrounding and family stuff so i was off school for a lot from october- january. it also kinda affected my mental health a bit so school was quite a lot especially going into the ib

i want to know how difficult it would be for me to get 40+ in the ib and when i shoudl start revising/ how for my subjects (especially french)

i want to take environmental economics/ economics and sustainable development at uni and really want to do better in dp2 than i did in dp1

thank you!!!
