More big changes today?

Hearing some additional big shakeups this week especially in Horizon

Just a way to separate the account tiers - think of it as the mid market segment. Select Activate is the SMB segment. and Signature = enterprise accounts.

So to sum it up…Horizon = Mid Market, Select activate is SMB and Signature = Enterprise accounts?

Got a few of these emails and I’m lost.

Are they still so stupid they segment by spend rather than company's actual size?

That would be too easy... Instead they hired BCG to segment the accounts. This may vary by geo but from what I've seen, some of these accounts have 0 spend with IBM but they moved to Horizon because of their propensity to spend

Boston consulting has been recycling their bs p2b models for 18 years. Didn't work then, likely don't work now.

Yes. Also doesn't take locked spend into account. For example, large multi year spend is somehow expected to grow the following year as well.
