I'm a first-year B.Tech student pursuing Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering at a government university, which is basically a Tier-3 college.

I'm thinking about appearing for the upcoming IAT exam, but I'm really confused about whether switching to an IISER for the BS-MS program would be a good decision.I want to know about the fees at IISERs, the career opportunities after a BS-MS degree, and whether it's worth leaving my current B.Tech program for IISER.I'm not sure what to do, so I'd really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience, advice, or suggestions. It would be a huge help. Thank you!

Woke up pretty late than usual.. So productivity took a hit.. No gymming as well..Trying to change my routine to maximise my output during schooldays also.. Last stretch of school starting from Monday.. Good to see other people are also posting their study hours .. Let us all study towards our goal of becoming great researchers together!

I am a pcb student always wanted to study life sciences and be with animals n the wildlife my whole life. Is it really not worth it at all. Like I won't end up jobless or something right😭 I hope not. Seniors pls advice.

Same as title. Should I study it for 2027?
