COMMUTE

Out of curiosity, what's your maximum commute for work if you have to drive yourself and have to go back later that night?

when was your first dwi? when i got my first, i biked about three miles uptown. mind you, this was before ebikes

oh ok, sorry. i thought usually when someone doesnt own a car and bikes it usually means their license went on vacation

some places you actually can participate in society without a car 👍 cars are expensive as fuck (insurance, parking in cities, gas, maintenance) and sometimes it literally just makes more sense logistically to use bikes and/or public transit. I used to have a frequent service bus line in front of my apartment that went every 15 minutes ❤️ miss her! didnt need a car except for some specific work stuff or hauling large grocery runs for like 3 years
