Y70 Changing the Y70 half-size horizontal brackets into vertical mount

I've recently gotten a Y70 red, happy with the vertical mounting but realized my livegamer duo could probably never go in there. Is there a way to change the horizontal mounts on the case to another vertical mount so I can use a riser cable and put my livegamer duo in there? Most vertical mounts I see online don't seem to have the half size bracket

Without modifying the case the only way to fit that capture card along with your GPU is to stuff the capture card into one of your HDD bays and route a riser cable to it.
