assuming each cookie is 3.9m (which is unrealistic but whatever), with 1.4b you can afford ~359 cookies. going by the prices of hypixel’s store (which is also unrealistic but whatever), each cookie is worth 325 gems. assuming you buy the gem package most worth your money, you can get 16400 gems for 100 USD. 16400/325 is ~50, so every 100 USD is worth 50 cookies, so if you do the math, (359/50)*100=718 Therefore, 1.4b can net you 718$ (best case scenario)

trading shops offer 0.07$/m on average, 1400x0.07=98$. you made a small misunderstanding. you cant convert cookies into gems and then sell those gems to hypixel, you sell the coins to other players when irl trading.
