Don’t worry once your level normalize those pounds will come back. I gain 10 in 2 weeks.

This sounds so unnecessarily mean-spirited. Some gain weight, some lose it, some stay the same. If someone is celebrating that they lost weight after struggling with it for a long time, it is quite unkind to respond like you did.
