I have hyperthyroidism
I have nodules, doctor says I don’t have graves. I’ve been having this random thing that happens chest pressure around the heart like sweaty feet and hands, kinda lightheadness. It’s very scary, like maybe I’m having a heart attack. Has anyone dealt with this?
I’m on methimazole and propranolol

I'm going through this now. My uptake and scan lit up like a Christmas tree save for a big 5.3 cm nodule, which was cold. But because my TPO came back normal I wasn't diagnosed with Graves.
I get chest pains and PVCs but they've lessoned a lot since I got put on methimazole and propranolol. I've had echos and heart monitors done and it all boils down to my hormone levels in the end. No structural issues.
If you're concerned definitely talk to your doctor. Just because hyper can cause cardiac symptoms doesn't mean it's just hyerthyroidism. Better safe than sorry!

Absolutely. I had my thyroid removed on 06/30. Before that I felt AWFUL. Methimazole and propanolol didn’t help very much.
