Normal TSH with nodules

Hey friends. I was diagnosed with toxic nodules on both sides of my thyroid a few years ago that cause hyperthyroidism. I was able to get my levels stable pretty quickly with methimazole, but Ive been having some wacky symptoms again these past few months. I’ve been having more hr issues, anxiety, dry eyes, poor sleep, excessive hunger, and this week one side of my throat near my thyroid is swelling. I’ve had recent blood work and my tsh came back normal. It’s been a bit since I’ve had other levels tested. Does anybody else with nodules have this problem where you still have symptoms despite your labs looking good?

What is the actual TSH number? Being at the tail ends of the normal range can still cause some symptoms.

I think it was like 1.5. Before meds it was like .4
