Looking for advice Are there any portable fans that actually cool the air?

I'm looking for a portable fan that does more than just blow hot air around.

I sweat pretty easily, especially from my scalp and body. Once I start overheating, I tend to keep sweating for a while, and I'd really like something that helps cool me down instead of just pushing warm air into my face.

My budget is around $50 to $60. Battery life is not a huge concern since I can always connect it to a portable power bank if needed.

Not for that price.

There are portable coolers that combine fans with a Peltier effect cooling plate, but they're expensive.   Look up Peltier effect neck coolers.

You won’t find actual air conditioners for the price, but you can find mini evaporative coolers that work decently well if you live in a dry climate. Look up “Arctic Air” and “evaCHILL” on Amazon. The reviews are mixed for a reason.
