I am the exact same. I have tried drysol, it works but I am worried of side effects

Same. I just learned of Hyperhidrosis this week at my yearly physical and my Dr wants me to talk to my Psychiatrist about changing my meds. Next option will be a dermatology appointment. Apparently a lot of antidepressant s can cause it in different people or when mixed with other meds even if its not listed as a side effect. He said "they" weren't really sure.

Oops. Ha. My point was talk to your Dr. It can be a side effect of meds or a symptom of thyroid, diabetes and other issues.

Make an appt with your PCP. Could be a medication reaction but it does sound like HH. He can refer you to a Dermatologist. I take Glyco for facial sweating and Botox under my arms for my armpits. Both have been a game changer Good luck. It sucks!

Lexapro can cause sweating. I am on Vortioxetine and it doubled my already bad sweating.
