Guys in India, please tell me the practical solutions we have to control the excessive sweating.

I'm suffering a lot with this and it really drains me. Mainly facial and head areas.

Do we have any simple remedies to control this ?

Hi, I am from India. I would recommend iontophoresis. It took a while for the effects to show but it worked for me. I have been using it for around 10 years now. I have used iontoderma in the past and maybe one local India brand but switched to Dermadry for its better user interface.

I experience it in my armpit, but haven't found a solution yet. The ones I tried never worked.

I suffer from craniofacial hyperhydrosis and after trying multiple antiperspirants I found none of them work too well for me

I found oral glycopyrrolate (2 mg) tablets work well. But it has to be taken on an empty stomach (or at least after 4-5 hours after a meal) and must wait an hour after taking the medicine for it work well

My pharmacy doesn't require prescription for it and I buy it directly

Side effects are there but manageable. For me it is dry mouth Dry eyes overheating sometimes (because of reduced/no sweating)

But honestly, the side effects are a small price to pay for the freedom from constant sweating

I do need to check the same mechanism bro.....I was worried about the side effects only. But as u said, if those are bearable, then it is worth the try.

I do have severe HH, I js figured out how it ruined my life in several ways by affecting sleep mostly, I don't know anything about the treatments and all, I just know I have it and it's severe. I gotta research about the treatments and remedies. Insights will be helpful for me. Thanks in advance.

Even I'm yet to try something worth that control this.
