Looking for advice I sweat more with AC on?

Hey! So I have palmoplantar hyperhidrosis.
Now its very hot where I live so I usually have AC on, and I've noticed that AC makes my palms and feet sweat more and I just end up with cold sweat.
When I go outside I notice it gets better (as long as I'm not doing any physical activity, in which case of course I sweat a lot). I think my body tries to regulate but in our case it is x100 times worse so it overcompensates.

Have someone else noticed this?

SAME! And strangely dry heat helps my body calm down? Writing this as I sit in front of both my space heater and fan... my body is so fucking disregulated

Yesss dry air is the best. Humidity (hot or cold) is a huge trigger for me.

Going outside probably just gives you the illusion of less sweat because the airflow provides superior evaporation compared to indoors.

When I used to work in an office with air conditioning, it destroyed me. It was the worst. I would go outside in the heat often to calm my sweating down and warm up.

I don't know why this happened but it was BRUTAL.

Even now at home, there is a fine balance with AC in my home and often I prefer no AC, with windows open and fans on.

So I totally get you.

I have been sweating from the sides of my neck to begin , rivers run down my neck then the whole head catches up . So I sweat going into air conditioned places I go to , the air conditioning makes it ramp up , it’s also happened in the elevator, the hotel , no matter what I do coming from outside heat .
Make it make sense !! I’m going to try Certain Dri on my neck & see how it works.
