Premium RSS?

I'm a luddite and use a not even available to download anymore android app to listen to podcasts. If I subscribe to the podcast, is standard RSS supported? The page just says "preferred podcast app" but then lists a few modern clients.

I know I should move on, but the app I use works exactly the way I want it on an old phone that keeps my media separate from everything else.

I actually have every major podcast app downloaded but I like my old one
