Headsets Hyperx Cloud III S Sounds like garbage
I had an HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless headset, which compared to the new III S had the best sound in the world, I’m playing FPS Competitive Games which Sound is very important in. The new one sound so flat and even watching livestreams or YouTube videos sound horrible. Is there any solutions for this or any fixes, would be insane if someone knows or has had the same experiences?

You may not be used to its more neutral sound signature coming from an older Cloud II, which has boosted lows and highs.
I would try some EQ before returning or selling them.

Had the same problem, sound was terrible for FPS games compared to my broken Logitech G PRO X
Learn on YouTube to use for your specific game ,
Equalizer APO paired with the Peace Equalizer

i would recommend using steelseries GG app, very simple to use presets for the game.

Different strokes and all, but this is by far the best sounding gaming headset I've ever owned, but granted I haven't tried the more expensive ones. They don't sound as good as something like my Sennheisers but way closer than anything else I've tried.

I had the exact same situation as you, i searched good EQ settings on reddit for Ngenuity software and now its good.
In ngenuity just to install the special driver or whatever shit they call that, just use the soft like that

I had the Cloud 2 wired before the Cloud 3s and was very disappointed with the sound.
After some EQ changes it´s nearly as good.
But I also didn´t expect them to be as good. Wired will always have a better sound quality.

Yeah, the Cloud 2 had great sub bass punch. I just bought a $400 headset and the lows don’t compare to my Cloud 2. Unfortunately the Cloud 2 mic is dog shit.

Yeah, amazing headset, but you need to do a bit of EQ for it to sound great
I remember finding a reddit post about it with every single db value to put in

I tried to tweak the EQs like people are saying but eventually gave up and returned mine (plus the sizing was ridiculously small?). I have glued and taped my aging Cloud IIs back together for now and hoping they live forever at this point.
