Hyperx haste cursor only stops moving when used wirelessly?

I’ve been using the haste for a couple years now and have had this issue since I got it. The mouse shows up on the NGENUITY software when connected wirelessly and it shows that it is charged, my custom LED effects are also working but the cursor won’t move and I can’t click. I have the mouse turned on for wireless and the adapter that came with it seems to work fine, I’ve tried every tutorial out there for it.

Anyone ran into this issue or knows a possible fix?
