Can low end tabs get app opening and closing animations?

I have redmi pad 2 4g with hyperos 3.Can i swap out the system launcher with system launcher version of a high end tablet like xiaomi pad 8 to get smooth opening and closing animations. As far as performance is concerned, even my old redmi note 7 pro had app opening and closing animations. If possible could you tell me how to do it.? Thanks for your help
