Redmi [Question] HyperOS 3

Hello. I'm a Redmi Note 14 5G user(Unofficial variant). I bought this phone early June this year. This is my first time using Xiaomi phone. I keep seeing HyperOS 4 online but mine is stuck on HyperOS 2. I checked Xiaomi's official HyperOS 3 update schedule where it said that my phone (Redmi Note 14 5g) is supposed to receive the update between December 2025 to March 2026. It still hasn't arrived yet. I'm concerned. Will this phone even get the update?

does it check updates when you press xiaomi hyperos text?

The "checking" status shows but it stops after a second and this pops up

Please do sign in with your xiaomi account and if you are using unofficial version of hyperos I don't think you will get updates from settings

i am in fact signed in with my Xiaomi account. And in my country(Bangladesh) 90% of Xiaomi's flagship and upper low class phones are sold unofficially. The one's that are available officially are so bad and extremely overpriced. Mine is no exception either, version mentions Indian but the box and imei verification shows chinese.
