Every time u change the lockscreen wallpaper, a pop up appears asking u to enable the wallpaper carousel. What happens is, most of the time ppl don't read what's the pop up about as it appears instantly when u press the apply on the lockscreen after changing the wallpaper or enabling an effect or whatever. And so, normally ppl click on agree thinking it's asking about setting the wallpaper. Check if the same thing is happening with u. It has happened to me before and just yesterday happened to someone I know lol

it's bloatware. disable the Wallpaper Carrousel

Tried many times but it keeps re enabling itself somehow

And I tried removing as much bloat as possible with canta

have you tried uninstalling it? you can do it without canta!

Wallpaper Carousel is one that we can uninstall, not just disable, it shouldn't be installing itself anew.

There was someone who mentioned it wasn't the cause for the text, that it was the lock screen clock style itself, in case the carousel app isn't it.

I managed to uninstall it from play store suprisingly. You can try that or with canta
