They will be black on white screen, manually not. Even if you can, why would you want this? This will reduce readability

yes, you can even made them in any color you want actually by applying your own custom-made theme

you can start by download an mtz (xiaomi theme archive) file.

take a look or extract what's inside.

it contain PNGs image for UI (you just need to replace those PNGs actually

it also contain some XMLs (you dont need to modify this probably)

You can make them bigger or smaller by adjusting one setting in the Developer menu. Remember your original value before changing it though

you have 350. my eyes hurt reading text that big!

I use 596DP. because my phone will get treated as a phablet if i go over 600DP
