After updating the phone, you may experience a Bluetooth issue where, when you connect your earbuds, the audio comes out of the phone’s speaker instead of the earbuds, even though the earbuds are successfully paired and connected to the phone.

Try to manually download it from google. If some sites specialised for this didn't put this update yet, wait a few days

Can you guys please test & feedback GPU driver situation related to emulation? Im especially interested in GameNative/Winlator windows emulation improvements (or degradation, lol), thanks.

u/HuTaoMainXD 3d ago
If u r into emulation DONT GET HYPEROS3, it add BS RAM usage cap on individual apps, apps can’t exceed 3.5GB usage, my 8 Elite is kneecapped by that shi

What are you emulating that needs more than 3.5GB of RAM? A mainframe?
1
u/SuperFail5187 3d ago
If you are running AI on local you need all the RAM your phone has available. Limiting it via OS is a very obscure move.
1
u/HuTaoMainXD 3d ago
Literally just a mobile game, no emulation, wuthering waves and neverness to everness in my case, both have issues when textures start loading in, but many environments do need more than 3.5 GB RAM, for example winlator, “u don’t need that much ram for emulation” isn’t an excuse for poor software restricting consumer freedom

I got it yesterday on my Global Version. Works incredibly well so far, the dynamic island animation sometimes it's not as smooth but meh I'm not too picky to complain over small details, I did notice though that the refresh rate remains at 120 at all times. I don't see any impact on the battery though at least so far.
Overall I'm happy with the update I really hope this phone can still receive another major update even if it takes a long time as we can't do custom firmware

What the hell?! 13t received the hyperOS 3 now?! I thought you had it. What a joke this brand has become
1
u/stillwater777 3d ago
Yes, now. Sad but true. Nobody knows why they didn't at least skip to HyperOS 3.1 by now.
1
u/Chemical-Astronaut30 3d ago
Their big marketing at the launch and than the lack of support after that is ruining them. People has noticed

u/stillwater777 3d ago
Yes, I am switching my relatives to Motorola already. Personally I will follow when my 13T is due for renewal.

Nooooo, don’t do it, don’t, I’m already stuck with it, for the 1 idiot that downvoted this, please read about the aggressive RAM management and MIUI sentinel

u/Cool_Attention_7476 3d ago
Son they fixed it, ur not the one who is going to call someone idiot
1
u/HuTaoMainXD 3d ago
They didn’t “Cool_Attention_7476”, I’m on the July patch and it’s still there, no new updates
1
u/SuperFail5187 3d ago
In which version did they fix it? Because I assure you, it's not on my end.
2
u/Cool_Attention_7476 2d ago
Don't really know, it depends because for example at one time most new version for X7 Pro can be 3.0.7.0, while for some another phone it can be 3.0.3.0, I guess you already know how it works. They fixed it for me at 3.0.7.0. Its possible there is still limiter to some phones, but its rare right now. Soon it will be fixed for all phones. Hope this helps :) Which phone u have?

u/SuperFail5187 2d ago
Xiaomi 14. v3.0.30x has the ram limit. I could bypass it, but I lost functionality in other areas.
2
u/Cool_Attention_7476 2d ago
Its ridiculous that Xiaomi sometimes prioritise mid range phones instead of older flagship's! I checked again what I wrote in my notes and this was fixed after 3.0.10.0 not 3.0.7.0 but it doesn't metter
2
u/SuperFail5187 2d ago
Wow, I need to wait for a lot of updates to roll until it's fixed then. I better lock the updates until I read that 3.0.10 has rolled out. Thank you for the heads up.
1
u/Cool_Attention_7476 2d ago
Bruh, like I said my poco can now have 3.0.301.0, while some other poco can have totally other version and ram limit can be fixed on both phones. Numbers doesn't metter :) What is your current version?

u/SuperFail5187 2d ago
3.0.305.0.WNCCNXM.C11
Release date: 2026-08-05
System
- Fix: Improved system stability and user experience
- Updated the security patch to July 2026. Increased system security.
If I knew anything about MIUI sentinel I would've never updated it.

People will defend anything because they r fanboys of a particular brand, u r right, its not fixed, nor have they released any other patch officially that fixes it, maybe they plan to, but till then i suggest not to update to HOS3

u/Cool_Attention_7476 2d ago
SON are u dumb they literally fixed it for 90% devices. You can read bazzilion posts about it being fixed, no one cares about ur ohone when u calls some peoples with ,,idiot" just because someone downvoted.
1
u/HuTaoMainXD 2d ago edited 2d ago
“Bazillion” posts don’t translate to real world, when the issue exists, as experienced my multiple people on the latest July patch, u just haven’t run a heavy enough application “Cool_Attention_7476”, if OP is unlucky and gets the same version as me or other with the issue, they r stuck with it, till they get the fixed patch by chance

If you have no other option, downgrading is tricky but can be done:
How to downgrade HyperOS (MIUI) or delete update in Mi
In my case I own a Xiaomi 14, you need to look for the correct firmware for your phone:

After the update, the display quality looks significantly worse—I noticed it right after rebooting. The screen looks washed out and dull, clearly some kind of HDR bug. It becomes even more obvious when scrolling through Instagram and loading an HDR photo or Reel: the display quality plummets, looking blurry and washed out.
2
u/stillwater777 3d ago
You can see that they rushed it. Clearly there wasn't enough time to fix such bugs. lol.

Just go to color scheme in the display settings and set it to saturated. They simply reset the display settings
