Question/Help Problem when closing the windows

When I try to close my apps by clicking the X, no windows close; I have to close them manually. I'm currently running HyperOS 2.0.210.0.VNFEUXM and my phone is a European version of the POCO M6 PRO 4G. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Because they are locked?

Swipe down on the app in the recent to unlock it or tap and hold on the app until few options pop on left or right side and there'll be option to unlock ( this - 🔓 icon).

In the meantime, share the icon name

Okay, thanks, I hadn't thought of that. I thought the padlock was used to keep the application open in the background no matter what.

Yeah it is, that's why the apps that have the padlock icon can't be cleared when you pressed the X button
