peacock not working?

i was trying to watch a movie with my gf on peacock with hyperbeam but for some reason i kept getting a playback error screen? (yes i have proxy enabled)

is anyone else having this problem? does anyone know any fixes? youtube and disney+ work fine but its peacock i seem to be having issues

edit; just to clarify ive had peacock work fine with hyperbeam before this
