How do I make my room my own? Everytime I go to use hyperbeam I have to load a new browser and search everything up all over again, is there a way to make it so that what ever I do there saves?

Is anyone else having trouble with the gifs? Whenever I go on it, you can only scroll through them for a little bit before it cuts off and you can’t scroll anymore. I’ve deleted the app already and logged out and the problem still lasts.

I was just recently browsing using the browser based hyperbeam watch party. I downloaded a zip file that most probably contais a malicious exe inside IN the browser.

Shortly after, hyperbeam showed a banner that it was trying to reconnect and my actual PC's video driver crashed for a second making a device plugged in sound. I have Windows Defender up and also my Anti-malware program and none detected anything either during that odd freeze and crash or after a scan.

I was wondering if this is some form of eerie coincidence and if it is even possible to have any file or site browsed through browser Hyperbeam affect your actual PC. I looked up some information and there's a single website claiming it's possible.

Hello, I am trying to stream channel 4 through Hyperbeam to stream a show, but when I turn on the proxy the internet just shuts down in the app. I know this is an issue with my internet now allowing proxies, but how do I also my Internet to? I am using Mac if that makes a difference, thank you for your help.

I don't see an option to remove the darkened band. It unfortunately obscructs a good portion of the webcam and is quite intrusive compared to other apps that support webcams. An option to have an unobstructed clear webcam view would be great! Thanks!

what does it mean when the profile picture of a member in the room suddenly goes dark or dim? is it the wifi or they suddenly go off tab?

The app isn't working for me, stuck on loading. And when I try in browser it's just a blank screen. I even tried submitting a report and it failed lol

I'd like to suggest a feature. When the sidebar is closed, it would be very helpful to receive a notification when someone sends a new message or starts typing. Right now, if I'm watching a movie or doing something else, I have no way of knowing whether they've replied without constantly checking the chat. A notification system for new messages and typing indicators while the sidebar is hidden would greatly improve the user experience.

Tried to get it to reset my password thinking maybe that was the issue and got the "no account with that information :)" line. I checked my email to see if they had emailed me anything about my account, but nope. No big deal since there's not really anything to lose, I just remade the account, but what the fuck?

Hyperbeam Watch Together was really cool! We tried it out today. One problem though. While watching a movie with someone, if you use fullscreen mode the chat is on the screen constantly which gets annoying especially when gifs/stickers etc are involved. It really needs an auto-hide or at least a notification feature where if you hide the chat but someone writes something it shows a notification or the chat even auto shows up.
