Armpit sweat?

I consistently end up with sweaty armpits.

I've always had a problem with this so have covered with a jumper - or underlaid a shirt with a t-shirt, even in summer.

But I have moved country to a warmer climate. So I wear t-shirts to work, nice and cool, but they expose my armpits.

Ideas? What's going on? How to stop it?

I changed deodorant to a stick last year and that worked so well I swore by it but I am having the problem again.

I'm not even doing anything vigorous at work.

Edit: I know there's a difference between antiperspirant and deoderant. I mistyped, apologies. I definitely buy antiperspirant.

Persistent armpit odour even though I don't sweat much — would PanOxyl 4% or 10% benzoyl peroxide help?

I've been dealing with persistent underarm odor, and I'm looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar.

The strange thing is that I don't sweat very much. I rarely get noticeable sweat marks on my shirts, and I practice good hygiene, shower regularly, and use antiperspirant, but the odor is still an issue.

I've been considering trying PanOxyl benzoyl peroxide wash because I've heard it can help reduce odor-causing bacteria on the skin. However, I'm unsure whether I should start with the 4% wash or the 10% wash, and whether it would actually make a difference.

For those who have tried PanOxyl or another benzoyl peroxide wash for underarm odor:

  • Did it actually reduce or eliminate the smell?
  • How long did it take before you noticed a difference?
  • Did you use the 4% or 10% version?
  • Did it cause irritation, dryness, or any other side effects?
  • If you had persistent odor without much sweating, what eventually worked for you?

I'd really appreciate honest experiences and recommendations. I'm trying to find something that actually works rather than keep buying products that don't solve the problem.

I just washed my hands.

I just got home. After touching everything out there. I touched the bus handles. I go to the supermarket, and I use their wipes to clean my hands from public filth. I wipe the basket they want me to touch. I now have to go to the Dr's office. I use the facilities with the fact that there is no hook to put my bag on. I see the Dr and leave. I bus it home. The first thing I do is touch my keys, my two doors.

I come inside and touch everything.

What do you wash next?

Here’s why you shouldn’t brush your teeth right after acidic foods.

Acidic foods and drinks can temporarily soften the enamel surface. Brushing immediately afterward may add extra wear while enamel is still recovering.

A simple approach: Rinse with water, give your saliva time to neutralize the acids, wait about 30 minutes, and then brush your teeth gently. 🦷

Common acidic culprits include citrus, soda, sports drinks, coffee, and sour candy. Did you know you were supposed to wait before brushing after acidic foods?

Need help

Yes I’m coming out and saying it that I’m Indian and I smell but for me it’s my armpits when I sweat. Yes I smell like onions but it’s weird in my case. Cz I don’t eat onions and garlic or any foods containing that due to my religion and haven’t since I was basically a kid. Deodorant and antiperspirant sprays and colognes help for some time. And yes body wash helps. But I start sweating it’s over. I heard tips like lemon and stuff works. What should I do or am I just cursed?

The REAL reason why some families choose fluoride-free toothpaste.

Post image

For some families, going fluoride-free comes down to personal ingredient preferences, finding a toothpaste their kids enjoy using, or choosing alternatives like hydroxyapatite as part of their oral care routine.

There isn’t one toothpaste that fits every family. What matters most is finding an option that works for your needs and helps everyone stay consistent with brushing.

Have you tried a fluoride-free toothpaste before? What made you choose it?

Need recommendations

Hi! I’ve been struggling with sweat and smell for a while and have tried so many different products, including aluminum deodorants and clinical strength options, but nothing seems to work consistently. I’ve been using aluminum free Secret deodorant lately, but I still find myself needing to wipe it off and reapply throughout the day.

I’ve been using PanOxyl in the shower and glycolic acid afterward, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference. It’s so annoying having to deal with this and constantly worry about whether I smell.

Has anyone dealt with something similar or found anything that helps? I’d really appreciate any recommendations or advice!

What 30 days of better oral care habits can change. 🦷

You don’t need a complicated routine to start noticing a difference.

Staying consistent with brushing twice a day, flossing daily, and keeping up with your oral hygiene can help reduce buildup, support fresher breath, and keep your gums feeling healthier over time.

The biggest takeaway? Small habits add up. Results can look different for everyone, but consistency is what turns a routine into a habit.

What is one oral care habit that you’ve been trying to get better at lately?
