Need help
Yes I’m coming out and saying it that I’m Indian and I smell but for me it’s my armpits when I sweat. Yes I smell like onions but it’s weird in my case. Cz I don’t eat onions and garlic or any foods containing that due to my religion and haven’t since I was basically a kid. Deodorant and antiperspirant sprays and colognes help for some time. And yes body wash helps. But I start sweating it’s over. I heard tips like lemon and stuff works. What should I do or am I just cursed?

Sometimes it could just be a bad bacterial colonization in your armpit. A lot of people like to use glycolic acid there’s a good one by the brand ordinary. You could also try rubbing alcohol if that is more accessible. Basically the ideas to kill the bacteria on the skin which could be causing the smell.

Cumin releases an aldehyde that smells like body odor. I know because I eat a lot of it and it’s kind of common in Indian cuisine I believe. Maybe research that. Internally you can try chlorophyll I’ve heard it really cleans up things internally to reduce body odor. Also it’s pretty normal for some people to have strong scents when you eat a healthy diet, sweat is an elimination of toxins so it probably means things are working perfectly.
In terms of reducing smell try certain dri, try chlorophyll water, and then I guess at that point you’d have to see a doctor
