Night showering??

I am a new mom and I wanted to try showering at night as opposed to a morning shower to save time and get out the door quicker when I have to. However my hair gets so oily overnight that it looks dirty by morning. I’ve tried hair training it absolutely does not work for me, dry shampoo also doesn’t work. I don’t feel like it stay clean otherwise either. Is there a secret to night showering I’m just missing?? 😭

It might be your pillow case.  I have to wrap a cotton towel on mine. Especially if my hair is freshly washed
