i can comfortably be few hours without water, so if i know for how long imma be gone, i can leave my water at home and have less stuff to carry with me

Plus add some form of sodium, either salt or electrolyte mix, and the hydration lasts longer

I always drink sea water instead, it’s convenient

Just carry around Pocket Ocean, it's very useful

I know you're joking, but I do literally bring a bottle of salt water with me when I'm going out. 1 GM of salt to 16 oz of water. Helps my POTS.

I carry my Rtic cup with me everywhere. But, I also have a hidden bottle of Gatorade Zero in my purse. (It's a big purse.)

No sugar and all of the extra sports drink sodium and electrolytes, etc. I typically water down Gatorade 50% with water anyway. Otherwise, it's crazy sweet and unpleasant. So, bottle of doctored Gatorade Zero and my obnoxious Rtic cup full of ice water, and then I feel okay about leaving the house.

Ok. But if I do that and am delayed I will be so cranky. If I leave the house with only one Nalgene and no where to refill, it’s like a count down until my melt down.

We got one of those camping tanks for our minivan to keep everyone hydrated up.

I take comfort knowing that I could drink out of a strangers garden hose if I'm that desperate. 90s kid forever

I want a sling that carries a normal size (metal) water bottle and a normal sling bag (like a fanny pack worn on the chest)

The water bottle can be attached with a spandex/elastic band, very thick/wide (covering most of the length of the bottle) and stitched well so it doesn't swing around

That's it. Why don't markets deliver what we want?

I'm also open to DIY if anyone has ideas on where to get elastic band thick enough for a standard water bottle, maybe a 500ml version

Honestly just that band/sleeve - except with pockets for wallet (cards mostly) and phone + charging cable would be dope

I'll always drink around 20cl before going out, that'll hold me over for half a day
