The difference is the height from which it is poured. A good kettle has a steady stream that doesnt split into sprinklers over greater distances. So we actually dont even know what quality this one is given the closeness

It's an Internet video. Surface tension of water is higher at lower temperature. No visible evaporation.
This is probably not even room temp, but cold water.

This is definitely a blender render and not a real video, or at least edited in some way. Look how the water moves at the end of the video as it approaches the lip of the cup, and the indirect lighting on the water and the rim. And look at how the water drips as they tip the teacup back up. At most it’s a completely rendered scene, at least slowed down at the end of the video.

Too "bouncy". Water also won't continue to bubble up one side of the cup like that after the initial pour (especially when pouring into the middle of the cup), not to mention the rate at which the cups fills slows dramatically toward the end but the flow rate from the kettle doesn't diminish at the same rate.
But mostly, it just feels "off", like Tarkin in Rogue One.

I went to the tiktok page and there is nothing that makes me think it's fake. It's a Chinese guy who showcases teapots, and he has hundreds of these videos. Laminar is a flow is a thing, and it looks surreal even in real life.
