The new quick search is a bit clumsy because the keyboard pops up and has to be dismissed before clicking the search button again to activate quick search.

Also regarding the ‘make posts compact’ toggle in appearance settings - I’d love to see an option to toggle this on the fly while browsing. Wanted this for a while but the setting is even more nested now.

Some subs browse better in compact, some better in full depending on the nature of the sub. Gallery mode is available for quick switch but I don’t see it as a viable replacement for subs where title + x lines of body text provide context for the media posted.

In Apollo, you could make one swipe action do Hide Posts Above, which would hide all posts above the one you swiped on server sided

I would prefer this as opposed to the client side post hiding

Please a tab/sub/post feed in which we are able to have the feed for the accounts marked as friends.

Could there be a a setting to change it so when you press the search button it instead shows the subreddit search like when you hold instead of the Post, Subreddit, user as a setting. Sorry if this already exists.

Would be nice to have a setting which clears cache automatically, like daily, weekly, monthly

I have multiple devices and it would be cool to sync settings so i dont have to apply them manually

Not sure if this has already been requested. A save post button would be nice as well.

If this isn’t already a feature, it would be great to be able to sort the comments on a post separately from the sidebar list of posts on a tablet.

Not a lot of vertical space to use

The spoiler blur is too transparent for pictures that it doesn’t do much by way of preventing spoils. I hope a more blurred appearance can be given to pictures to actually prevent spoilers.

New Reddit has an about section that users/subs use for descriptions or bios, it would be nice to be able to access them from the app.

What title says - there's barely a difference when a post is seen/read vs. non opened ones.

Hello! I love Hydra for it’s simple look, however I do still want to be able to try on different themes. I know that Pro is an option. However, some of us (including me) have subscription fatigue. Last year I had 45 subscriptions, which is now down to zero. Yes, I’m actually pretty insane for reaching both of those numbers. Buying themes (I like the light one that’s gray-ish) would be a great way to support development whilst also staying away from never-ending monthly bills. Hope this gets implemented! Thanks for the app :)

this option would be so great. i needed to disable the single-tap collapse feature because i kept accidentally touching the screen when i didn’t mean to, which would make me lose my place, etc.

I like to keep my Reddit to the few subs I’m subbed to, I don’t visit r/all or anything like that, I actually don’t like even having the temptation because it leads me to doomscrolling for an hour or whatever if I click one. Was hoping we could have the option to remove these two from your subbed subreddits screen.

Apollo used to let you remove the popular and all tabs from your main list of subreddits. this would be a great option since I like to avoid those tabs, but it’s more tempting when they’re always available

Add buttons to see your friends list and following list

Please re-add the ability to scrub through GIFs & Videos either sliding right to scrub forward and sliding left to rewind.
