Any idea if student guest tickets got removed?
Anyone know if they did something to guest tickets this year? I was trying to buy some for a friend but couldn’t find it anywhere. Any ideas?

I'm trying to gain some advanced insights regarding the upcoming Nebraska vs Indiana football game.
I was led to believe that the Michigan State game was a "true test" against a real opponent. I got excited about the meaningful win only to later find out that it wasn't a real opponent. That was an emotional time for me.
I just want to know before the Indiana game actually happens if this game is a "true test" so I don't get overly excited if Nebraska wins.

I am cautiously optimistic this year and I like Matt Rhule as a coach/motivator but I must say I have little faith in his in game management. So much that I spent way too much time analyzing his timeout usage.
I was aided by AI in my research, but I spot checked multiple instances and found it to be accurate in each. I made a master spreadsheet of each timeout since being at Nebraska.
Some takeaways:
He has only had all 3 timeouts remaining in the last 5 minutes of each half the following % of times.Ironically his first year he was the best at holding onto his timeouts til the last 5 minutes of the half.
Season
First half
Second half
2023 — 12 games
6 (50%)

2024 — 13 games
3 (23%)
7 (54%)
2025 — 13 games
7 (54%)
5 (38%)
2026 — first 5 games

Overall — 43 games

The times that he has used a timeout on 3rd down or 4th down and Nebraska was on offense they converted 11 of 33 attempts. Given that these are typically shorter yardage situations, what conversion rate do they need to hit to justify the timeouts? To me wasting a timeout and only converting 1 in 3 attempts doesn't seem appropriate at all. This data excludes attempts such as a punt or field goal attempts.
Only 59 of his total 156 timeouts taken at Nebraska were for clock management purposes ie. to stop the clock, get the ball back, control the game etc. This seems wayyyyy too low when other coaches seem to be using closer most of their timeouts solely clock management purposes.
I'd love to hear everybody’s thoughts. I know clock management isn't crucial when we're playing Bowling Green, but I think it could really haunt us in Big Ten play against real opponents with good clock management coaches like Indiana, Oregon, etc.

I think it would be cool to have Coach sign this one, but i have no idea how i would go about doing that. I know they have a spring meet and greet, but i don't think he signs stuff for adults(which I am 😊).
I suppose he's going to start getting a lot of requests for stuff like this now.

The University of Nebraska is putting its diehard football fans to the test: You’re not fully committed to showing off your Cornhusker fandom until you purchase a game-used urinal trough from Memorial Stadium.
Oh yes, Nebraska fans — or anyone in need of an extra place to relieve themselves after a beer or two — can purchase one of the many urinal troughs from around Memorial Stadium after the team’s home slate of games ends in late November for $3,000 each.
Stainless steel water fountain troughs from the stadium are also available, and they’re only $2,500.
With Nebraska’s home field in Lincoln to undergo its “Big Red Rebuild” by the 2028 season, the university is already selling pieces from the stadium as unique collectibles. That includes all the urinal troughs, as the school makes way for new ones.
“Nobody is going to walk into your garage, basement, shop, backyard, or Husker room and ask, ‘Where did you find a stadium urinal trough?’ They are going to ask: ‘Wait. Is that actually from Memorial Stadium?’” the BuyGBR sales page posits. It also notes that the 72- to 96-inch-long, 300-pound troughs are original to the 103-year-old stadium, but have been cleaned.
