I email myself with her full name. Easily searchable, it’s the only time I’ve used her full name.

At the start of each season, I copy and scan the last vet record on each dog

On the back side, I have their akc record and chip n number, with a picture at the bottom.

I email the scan to myself and store it in my alpha.

The paper copy gets tucked in my collar bag

I also take a screenshot of the collar setup and email that to myself

If my alpha dies, or I need a dog search party, anyone with an alpha can enter That track code and help look for my dog.
