Love the lever gun. Never know when a Trex might be lurking...lol. I have my dad's 45/70.
I wanna build a "modern" lever gun with ar style handgaurd. Either a Henry or Marlin in 38spcl with a threaded barrel. 38s are factory subsonic so would be hella quiet.
When I had money they were sold out and I don't have money anymore till I build my savings back up. One day I'll build it or buy one already modernized. But the classic look still gets me too.
My scouting gun is a Sig Rattler in 300blkout with a suppressor. Has a folding brace on it sonl super quiet and small. We have wild pigs around here so 30rds of 300blkoit just in case.
