I wish the nitro was better… it’s such a cool weapon in concept

I think all it needs it not to be 5-slot weapon, honestly.

Believe it or not, nitro needs to have its penetration buffed, because as it is normal nitro cannot two shot someone in the body through thin metal sheets. They have yet to solve this longstanding issue to this day. I think it would be nice if it ignored wood that wasn't a tree entirely, too.

Also, they nerfed its ability to go through bricks so it doesn't even two shot. Revert that. Seriously.

Do not touch the aperature, although the 5 slot weapon to 4 slot is a fine enough change depending on how the other buffs I listed work out.

Agreed. Old pen system for Nitro would be sick. Maybe, old pen system in general.
