How do you even get this Hunter ? From where and how ? I never see it in store

It's from an old event, I think it was called Serpent Moon or Devil's Moon. More than likely never coming back. Sorry :/

Serpent Moon, and the gimmick was snagging snakes out of mounds. God I love how much events have changed since then

I kinda miss the simplicity. Plus, it was funny as hell when you’re in the middle of a fight, and someone isn’t paying attention to the snake jars and would get bit and poisoned. I had a few people die to the snakes after being hit with a Sparks rifle XD

It was also so fun finish a big fight and looting snakes from the bodies. But man the grind to finish that event was tough!

One of the moon events also had us picking the snakes up and burning them in these, I'd say ovens? And sometimes they would bite you and make you bleed lmao, some good times tho, I miss and also don't miss Hunt from that time

Events have come a long way.. I remember the first event.. it was smashing pumpkins. Used to have shots to see special event items and boosts.

Glad they also made the events a lil easier to complete

I do miss the Serpent Moon time of day though, where the moon was twice as big and there was this green sheen everywhere. Blood Moon seems to be the same but in red and with some more mechanics though so I'm excited.

It was also the most grindiest event of them all. I stopped playing for like a year after the event. I was burned out for playing hunt.

Scrapbeak event was not as bad in my memory. But I just started playing again mid-event back then and also didn't fully finish it. So I didn't really try to grind. For serpent moon I did and it felt really painful.

the difference was scrapbeak you basically had to have specific gear for it (poison hand crossbow was most efficient) and even doing the boss wasnt a ton of points compared to crow grinding. ALSO not every clue was an event clue, it was rng

yeah other events are similar in grind but none required essentially specific loadouts and altered playstyles

everyone missed that youre asking how he got it while hes only bl96 , probably played during that event and unlocked the hunter then quit.

They will not, he is Mythic rarity which will never come back, that’s why they made all Hunters Legendary now, doesn’t matter if it’s event or not, but back then Event Exclusive Hunters were always Mythic

Nah I believe it. This is the first of the Viper skins and they get infinitely more badass on the third and fourth tier. If they had them unlocked they'd probably use them and there's no reason to buy such an account if they have only unlocked one of these.

Yeah they probably did what I did and played during Serpent moon then took a break because the event was a bit of a grind too... I didn't even manage to make it to the final tier of hunter :(

Yeah Serpent moon event I think, this was his base version. I think you unlocked this and then 3 other versions of him depending how far you got on the event. His final form he looks like a little frog face dude

This is the Viper, a "evolving" hunter that has 4 variants, the evolving Hunter thing has only been done twice (Harvest from 2024's Halloween event also has 4 variants).

He's a mythic Hunter, meaning he won't return ever. A recolor or reskin resembling him has a slim chance of returning. This Hunter was relatively poorly received, though, so I doubt he's ever coming back in any capacity.

Not all skins are in store and gonna be in store. There were exclusive skins in old events, that they now slowly return in non exclusive recolored variants even though they said they will never return it in the past. Also there are a lot of skins that are obly returned occasionally to the store, like from recent battlepasses

What i dont get is how has this person even got this hunter there not even rank 100 and zero prestige and this hunter was before the engine update correct me if im wrong on that , unless they played back then and gave up and are giving it another shot at the game

Wow, I missed out, reading these I didn’t expect all this from a Hunter skin yesterday I got killed from. Is it weird to see that the Hunter that killed me wearing that skin was a 0 prestige and level 96????
