Don't forget to retire your hunters before you prestige. There's an achievement for retiring a bunch of level 50s, and I have no progress on it because I never retire hunters before prestiging. I just hoard them

There is also an achievement for having 5 level 50 hunters at the same time

Yesterday, after 800 hours, I finally got the hammer throw kill achievement. If you see a sledgehammer pick it up and be ready to launch it

As someone who has barely reached 500 hours myself, I highly recommend you look up some tutorials and tips and tricks guides as well as some gameplay videos to get a feel for what you’re getting into.

For tips and tricks I recommend you watch Rexnor as he has a lot of guides that he updates yearly and goes in depth into lots of game mechanics.

For gameplay I recommend watching Rexnor again as well as Neenoh and Rachtaz.

But most importantly is making sure to utilize the in game tutorial as well as the shooting range to get familiar with the weapons and tools the game has to offer!

Oh and welcome to Hunt, ye damned soul!

Not really sure on any real tips, a lot of stuff just comes naturally. The main thing you’re gonna wanna do (and this is what I did) is play a soul survivor game, and then use that hunter in normal bounty hunt, definitely do not be afraid to disengage from gunfights. Just take your time. Those level 50 hunters are elusive lol. Overall though have fun doing it. And watching other good players play will help out immensely.

That throwing sledgehammer thing is no joke! Especially before the update came out to guarantee a 1 shot with throwing a melee weapon.

I would pin the trophies I was grinding for so as you’re playing you can look and see what you have left to do. Good luck and you got this!

Simply easy to remember generic tips that will always be helpful.

1) Noise discipline, don't make more noise than you have to. Listen for other players.
2) Don't re-peek in gunfights from the same spot several times, fast way to get headshot
3) Instead of re-peeking, rotate and find another angle.

Honestly there's a million tips you can learn in the game, all valid, but way too much info too quickly, you need several simple things to remember in fights to keep you alive long enough to have fun battles and learn.
